Today, July 1, 2026, the amended Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan has officially entered into force. This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in the nation's development. Within this framework, the Holding has identified clear priorities: the systematic enhancement of scientific potential, comprehensive support for young scientists and researchers, and the swift integration of cutting-edge developments into real production.

A key focus today is biological security, which serves as a strategic and indispensable component of the state's national security. The development of research programs in this sector, the transfer of modern technologies, and the creation of world-class infrastructure are vital to safeguarding public health, ensuring food stability, and strengthening the biological independence of Kazakhstan.
