Anti-corruption compliance is a function assigned to a structural unit of a quasi-public sector entity or to a designated official. Its purpose is to ensure that the organization and its employees comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, as well as with the rules and procedures regulated by internal documents, to prevent corruption offenses, and to safeguard the organization’s reputation.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of the Holding and Order No. 37-zh/k of the General Director dated August 29, 2025, the responsible person performing the functions of Compliance Officer has been appointed.

The main objective of the Compliance Officer’s activities is to ensure that the Holding and its employees comply with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to monitor the implementation of anti-corruption measures. Another important task is the formation of the Holding’s internal corporate culture that ensures transparency and integrity among all employees in accordance with best international standards, internal policies, and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption,” the Compliance Officer exercises his/her powers independently from the executive body and officials of the Holding and reports directly to the Board of Directors.
