Constitutional Reform: QazBioPharm National Holding Discusses Priorities of the New Draft Constitution


In February 2026, QazBioPharm National Holding hosted an informational meeting to discuss the draft of the new Constitution. The Holding’s Director General, Yergali Abduraimov, emphasized the strategic significance of the initiative, noting that the country is entering a stage of systemic modernization.

According to the draft, the development of human capital and state guarantees for the freedom of scientific creativity are becoming fundamental policy priorities. These changes are designed to create conditions for the full self-realization of citizens and lay the foundation for the formation of an intellectual nation.

Kairat Tulesov, Head of the Information Security and Digitalization Service, provided a detailed explanation of the proposed amendments, addressing data protection and the improvement of public administration mechanisms. He noted that the legislative adjustments are dictated by the demands of the modern era and are of decisive importance for the sustainable development of the country.

During the discussion, the Holding’s leadership urged employees to carefully study the text of the reform, highlighting the importance of objective information perception and personal civic responsibility.
