In February 2026, QazBioPharm National Holding hosted an informational meeting to discuss the draft of the new Constitution. The Holding’s Director General, Yergali Abduraimov, emphasized the strategic significance of the initiative, noting that the country is entering a stage of systemic modernization.

According to the draft, the development of human capital and state guarantees for the freedom of scientific creativity are becoming fundamental policy priorities.
