An International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “120 Years of Kazakh Veterinary Science: Achievements and New Challenges in Ensuring Biological Safety” was held in Almaty to mark the anniversary of the Kazakh Research Veterinary Institute, Elordainfo.kz reported, citing the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event brought together representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare, government bodies, scientists, and experts from research institutions in Kazakhstan, Russia, China, South Korea, European countries, Belarus, Georgia, Tajikistan, and other states.

The aim of the conference was to strengthen cooperation between science and practice in the veterinary sector, expand international collaboration, and develop strategic directions for ensuring biological safety and integrating innovative technologies.
