Today, Alexey Vladimirovich Tsoy, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Social Issues, paid a working visit to the National Holding QazBioPharm.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the Holding’s key projects, its scientific and production potential, and current priorities in the field of biological safety and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

During the meeting, the Holding’s management presented information on strategic areas of activity, results of scientific research, and production capabilities. Current issues requiring further interagency coordination and state support were also discussed.

As part of the visit, Alexey Tsoy toured the laboratory complexes of the National Biotechnology Center, where modern technological platforms, scientific developments, and capabilities for conducting high-precision research were demonstrated.

The parties discussed prospects for developing the national biological safety system, training of qualified personnel, modernization of laboratory and production infrastructure, as well as strengthening the export, scientific-technological, and commercial potential of the sector.

Following the meeting, directives were issued to continue systematic cooperation and to develop proposals for improving the activities of the Holding and its subsidiary organizations.
