The purpose of this Memorandum is to establish and develop cooperation, as well as to promote trade and investment opportunities within the scope of each party’s competence.

The Parties also plan to strengthen business, scientific, and technical cooperation and partnership in the biopharmaceutical sector with the BeNeLux countries (Kingdom of Belgium, Kingdom of the Netherlands, and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), aimed at developing and promoting domestic pharmaceutical, medicinal, and veterinary products in foreign markets.

The Non-Profit Organization “BeNeLux Chamber of Commerce Association” is a non-profit organization that seeks to facilitate the development of trade relations, investment, and business cooperation between the BeNeLux countries (Kingdom of Belgium, Kingdom of the Netherlands, and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
