On August 24, the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC “National Holding QazBioPharm” organized a roundtable on the topic: “Current State and Prospects for the Development of Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.” The roundtable was held to promote the joint development of cooperation between the scientific communities of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.

Leading scientists from both Kazakhstan and Tajikistan participated in the event and presented their reports. During the roundtable, participants discussed the scientific potential and prospects for collaboration between researchers of the two countries in the fields of biological safety, rehabilitation of uranium industry waste, and development of interstate seismic safety standards.
