Aralbek Rsaliyev was born in 1979 in the city of Aral, Kyzylorda region. He started his career at the Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences (since 2010 – Research Institute of Biological Safety Problems) in 2001 as a senior laboratory assistant. In 2003 he became a junior researcher, in 2010 – a senior researcher, and in 2010 – a senior researcher.  – In 2003 he became a junior researcher, in 2010 a senior researcher, in 2013 a senior researcher, and in 2013 a leading researcher. – Leading researcher, and since September 2, 2013 he was transferred to the position of head of the laboratory.

Academic degree:

In 2009, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.

In 2020 he was awarded the academic title of Professor in the specialty “03.01.00 – Biology”.

To improve his professional skills, A. Rsaliev underwent foreign internships in China (Beijing, 2006), Turkey (CIMMYT, Izmir, 2014), Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, 2006-2022). Regularly participates and makes reports at conferences and seminars of different levels.

In 2021-2023 he was the Chairman of the National Scientific Council on the priority direction «Rational use of water resources, fauna and flora, ecology».

He has trained two Masters and is currently the supervisor of 2 PhD doctoral students.

Since September 1, 2022, he has been Deputy Director General for Science, Commercialization and Production of JSC «National Holding «QazBioPharm».
