Career path

Kadyrovich’s career began with medical practice. In 2004-2005, he worked as a resident physician in the surgical department of the emergency hospital in Semey, East Kazakhstan region.

In 2005-2007, he completed clinical residency in the specialty “Surgical faculty”. This knowledge allowed him to gain deeper knowledge in the field of surgery.

From 2007 to 2010, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Surgery and Traumatology at the Semipalatinsk State Medical University.

In 2010-2013, Daulet Kadyrovich completed his doctoral studies in Public Health at the Semipalatinsk State Medical University in the East Kazakhstan region and the Atomic Bomb Institute of the School of Public Health, Nagasaki University, Japan. His scientific research contributed to the development of new areas in the field of healthcare.

From 2013 to 2017, he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Surgery and Traumatology at the Semey State Medical University. During this time, he combined scientific work with teaching, sharing his knowledge and experience in the field of medicine.

In 2017-2018, Daulet Kadyrovich worked as a general manager of the branch of LLP “Kazakhstan Medical University” “Higher School of Public Health” in Astana. In this position, he coordinated the organizational work of the university and participated in the introduction of new content into academic programs.

In 2018-2019, he worked as a manager of the Department of International Cooperation and Innovative Technologies at the Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019-2020, he held the position of Dean-Head of the Center for Master’s and Doctoral Studies at Astana Medical University, contributing to the development of scientific and educational programs of the university.

In 2020-2021, he worked as Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Human Resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this capacity, he participated in the implementation of many important projects aimed at developing the country’s healthcare system.

In 2020-2024, Daulet Kadyrovich held the position of Director of the Department of Science and Human Resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During this period, he carried out important work to support the scientific development of the healthcare sector, the effective use of human resources and the modernization of the industry.

Current activities

Since 2024, Daulet Kadyrovich has held the position of Deputy Director General for Biological Safety of JSC National Holding QazBioPharm of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is involved in the implementation of policies aimed at addressing biological safety issues in the country.
