Quality Objectives:

• Conducting scientific research in the field of molecular biology and genetic engineering of viruses, bacteria, and fungi aimed at obtaining new scientific knowledge for the development of therapeutic, prophylactic, and diagnostic preparations within the framework of grant-funded projects and scientific-technical programs.
• Carrying out research in the field of scientific, technical, and methodological support for biological safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan under scientific-technical programs.
• Developing and improving production technologies for preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic products and tools against infectious diseases of humans, animals, and birds under scientific-technical programs.
• Conducting production and registration trials, testing, as well as batch (lot) control of biopharmaceuticals for healthcare and veterinary use.
• Engaging in scientific-production activities to meet the needs of healthcare, veterinary, and agricultural organizations in biological products (vaccines, diagnostic kits, blood serum, culture media).
• Conducting applied research for the development of new diagnostic and preventive products for healthcare and veterinary use.
• Maintaining, replenishing, and studying the collection-bank of original (matrix) and production strains of viruses, bacteria, and fungi that cause infectious diseases in humans, animals, birds, and plants.
• Protecting and quarantining plants, fumigation (disinfection), and phytosanitary expertise in the field of biological safety under scientific-technical programs and grant projects.
• Collaborating with higher educational institutions in the areas related to the organization’s activities.
