On August 27, 2025, the Kazakhstan–Jordan Business Forum was held in Astana with the participation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of Jordan.

The forum brought together more than 100 Kazakhstani and over 50 Jordanian companies, as well as representatives of ministries and chambers of commerce and industry. During the event, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, logistics, education, and tourism.

As a result of the forum, a number of documents aimed at enhancing cooperation in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, veterinary, and financial sectors were signed:

• Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Al Husseini Group on a poultry reproduction project and the construction of a poultry farm;

• Memorandum of Understanding between Astana International Exchange and Amman Stock Exchange;

• Memorandum of Understanding between QazBioPharm National Holding JSC and DadVet on projects in the field of veterinary products;

• Agreement between AltINFARM LLP (Inkar Group) and SanaPharma on the distribution of pharmaceutical products;

• Memorandum of Understanding between AltINFARM LLP (Inkar Group) and SanaPharma on technology transfer and export development;

• Memorandum of Understanding between AltINFARM LLP, the “Diabetic Parents Committee” Public Foundation, and SanaPharma on cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector.

The signed agreements open new opportunities for strengthening trade and investment partnership between Kazakhstan and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
