A presentation of an innovative medical catheter developed by domestic specialists was held at the “QazBioPharm” National Holding JSC. The project’s author is Nurlan Ismailov. The device is aimed at improving the quality of medical care and expanding treatment options for patients.

The event was attended by Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Science and Innovation, Kansulu Daultonovna Zakaria, representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as well as domestic medical professionals.

The project was presented by its developer, Nurlan Ismailov, together with members of the applicant team — neurosurgeon of the highest category Mynzhylky Berdikozhaev and cardiologist Marat Aripov — who spoke in detail about the purpose of the device, its technical features, and its potential applications in Kazakhstan and abroad.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that the state consistently supports initiatives of domestic specialists aimed at enhancing Kazakhstan’s scientific and technical potential and strengthening its competitiveness. The strong interest from government bodies and the expert community confirmed the project’s strategic importance for the country.
