On the eve of the Day of Medical Workers, on June 15, a solemn ceremony of awarding the best representatives of the healthcare system was held in Astana. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev and Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova.

More than 40 employees of subsidiaries of the National Holding Company “QazBioPharm” have been awarded departmental awards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Among them are representatives of the Scientific Research Institute of Biological Safety Problems, the National Scientific Center for Especially Dangerous Infections named after M. Aikimbayev, the Kazakh Scientific Research Veterinary Institute, OtarBioPharm, the National Center for Biotechnology and the Scientific Center for Anti-Infective Drugs.

Awards were presented in the following categories:

• Badge “Densaulyk aktau isin uzdigi”;
• Badge “Densaulyk aktau isine koskan ulesi ushin”;
• Certificates of honor;
• Letters of thanks from the Minister.
  Employees located in the regions were unable to attend the ceremony in person — the awards were presented through the National Holding Company “QazBioPharm”.
