On January 22, 2025, a meeting of the Scientific and Technological Council of the Joint-Stock Company National Holding QazBioPharm was held. The meeting was attended by the heads of the Holding and subsidiaries, as well as deputy heads for science.
During the meeting, reports on the scientific and production activities of subsidiaries for 2024 were reviewed, and issues raised in the current year were considered. Including:
• Improving the efficiency of research in the field of applied and fundamental sciences;
• Improving the qualifications of specialists in the field of biological safety, development of science and technology;
• Publication of scientific articles in highly rated journals and increasing their number;
• Improving the production of immunobiological drugs and diagnostic tools for especially dangerous infections;
• Launching and commercializing new technologies and drugs;
• Updating the material and technical base of subsidiaries and equipping them with modern equipment.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Council, Yergali Abduraimov, instructed to monitor the progress of the implementation of the above-mentioned issues and to actively work on the implementation of the work plan of the Scientific and Technical Council for 2025.
