On September 5, 2025, JSC “National Holding QazBioPharm” held a meeting on the topic “Compliance in QazBioPharm”. During the event, the main areas of activity of the compliance service were presented, along with measures aimed at building an effective system for preventing and countering corruption within the Holding.

The meeting also clarified the types of liability for non-compliance with compliance requirements:

Disciplinary – remark, reprimand, termination of the employment contract;

Administrative (Article 678 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and criminal (Articles 361, 366, 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan) – within the framework of national legislation;

Personal liability of officials.

The meeting concluded by emphasizing that compliance in QazBioPharm is viewed not only as a set of rules but also as part of the corporate culture, to which every employee contributes.
