On August 25, 2025, a meeting of the Board of Directors of “QazBioPharm” National Holding JSC was held under the chairmanship of Darkhan Kamzabekuly Mynbay.

The agenda included key issues related to the activities of the Holding and its subsidiaries. As a result, a number of organizational and strategic decisions were adopted, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring sustainable development.

The approved initiatives are expected to strengthen the confidence of the sole shareholder and partners, as well as to support the implementation of the Holding’s long-term plans in the field of biopharmaceuticals.
