Born on March 2, 1986 in Semey.

He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Peoples’ Friendship University of Kazakhstan, and the University of Sheffield (Great Britain). He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.

Labor activity

He has extensive experience in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He started his career in 2007 in the State Property and Privatization Committee. Over the years, he worked as an expert, chief expert, deputy director and director of departments in charge of accounting methodology, budget lending, asset management and interaction with the financial sector.

Since 2022, he has held the position of Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
