Berdalin Amangali Bisenbayevich
Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Board of DirectorsBorn on September 13, 1964 in Aktobe region.
He graduated from Saratov State Zootechnical Veterinary Institute with a degree in Veterinary Medicine (1989) and Kazakh Automobile and Road University named after L.B. Goncharov with a degree in Economics (2006).
He speaks Kazakh and Russian.
Labor activity
He has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, veterinary medicine, as well as in senior positions in agriculture and the public administration system. He started his career at a state farm, where he worked his way up from a veterinarian to a supervisor. For more than ten years he held the positions of akim of districts and deputy akim of Aktobe region.
In 2021, he was elected a deputy to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the seventh convocation, where he worked in the Committee on Agrarian Issues.
Since 2023, he has held the position of Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the orders of «Kurmet» and «Parasat», as well as a number of jubilee medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
