Limited Liability Partnership “Kazakh Research Veterinary Institute” is an accredited provider of proficiency testing for compliance with GOST ISO/IEC 17043-2013 “Conformity assessment. Basic requirements for proficiency testing.” (Accreditation Certificate No. KZ.С.02.E0651 dated November 03, 2021).

According to the provisions of the international standard GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”, proficiency testing is an independent way to ensure the quality of test, verification, and calibration results.
Interlaboratory comparisons (ILC) involve the organization, performance and evaluation of tests on the same or similar samples by two or more laboratories in accordance with pre-established rules.
Participation of testing laboratories in proficiency testing by means of ICT is one of the main requirements for ensuring the reliability of test results established by GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”.
The results of participation in proficiency tests can be used by testing laboratories to confirm technical competence during accreditation, as well as for the purpose of monitoring their activities in accordance with clause 7.7 of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019.
The proficiency testing provider, Kazakh Veterinary Research Institute Limited Liability Partnership, acts as an independent and impartial organization that provides participants with the opportunity to confirm their competence in testing MSI objects included in the approved scope of the provider.
