The Corporate Secretary of QazBioPharm National Holding Joint Stock Company is an employee of the Holding who is not a member of the Board of Directors or the executive body of the Holding, appointed by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the CEO and accountable to the Board of Directors. Its activities are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the Holding, these Regulations and other internal documents.
The Corporate Secretary ensures effective organization of the Board of Directors’ activities, compliance with corporate procedures, control over the execution of decisions, as well as timely disclosure of information and interaction between the Board of Directors and the Holding’s structural divisions.
